Military air conditioning systems are available for both tent and container applications. Military air conditioning systems should be suitable for all climate zones and therefore remain operational even in extreme temperatures in the Middle East or Africa. Modern military air conditioning systems are generally equipped for temperatures from well below freezing to more than 50 °C and can therefore be used in all climate zones. This means that tents and containers, such as laboratory containers or personnel containers, are well heated or cooled everywhere
Military air conditioning systems are an important part of the equipment in military camps. In most cases, units are developed and used specifically for functional containers and tents. Tent air conditioning systems have a more compact design. With both military air conditioning systems for tents and systems for containers, it is possible to install the units either completely outside or inside or to use a split system in which part of the unit is outside and part inside. For example, the condenser module and evaporator module can be installed separately. Another important aspect for military air conditioning systems is interconnectivity. For example, several air conditioning systems can be operated in a network and controlled together to provide adequate ventilation for larger areas.
At Norrenbrock Technik, we manufacture military air conditioning systems to customer specifications - just one of the many products we produce to support military operations, from individual components to entire special vehicles.
