Component construction is an important part of our work on special vehicles for different areas of application. For both vehicle conversions and new designs, it is important that all systems function and work together in the best possible way. Depending on the task at hand, we are able to develop and manufacture parts ourselves as part of the component construction process or use parts from trusted partners and suppliers.
Component construction can include technical systems as well as chassis or drive technology. Especially when it comes to vehicles for the military or civil protection, special vehicle construction often requires specially reinforced components that meet particular requirements in terms of stability and reliability. High-strength materials are also used here in various applications.
With a team from various disciplines (electronics and mechatronics, vehicle technology, body construction), we at Norrenbrock Technik are able to tackle a wide range of tasks and fulfill them to the satisfaction of our customers. The development and construction of and work with a wide variety of components plays an important role in this concept - even beyond the field of special vehicle construction. We have already worked on vehicle and platform-independent system solutions and have been active in the field of special machine construction (including in agricultural engineering and shipbuilding).
