Special machine construction is a branch of mechanical engineering and is part of system integration at Norrenbrock Technik. In special machine construction, various special technical devices and appliances are developed and designed as individual items or small series. The functions are based entirely on the needs of the respective customer. Completely new machines are developed or existing machines from series production are adapted or supplemented under the umbrella of special machine construction.
Examples of special machine construction at Norrenbrock Technik include various customer-specific developments as well as in-house developments for agricultural technology. We have also been active in the field of rescue systems for shipbuilding.
Special machine construction and system integration
It is crucial for the successful use of the machines that they are correctly integrated into existing or newly designed systems and superstructures. Special machine construction is therefore very closely linked to system integration: For example, logistical factors, such as cooling and space requirements, and special technical features, such as ensuring electromagnetic compatibility, are included in the planning of the overall design. Both special vehicles and container solutions require a great deal of attention here.
