Product description:

The 3-phase isolating transformer is suitable for use in accordance with HD 60364-7-717 Requirements for premises, rooms and installations of a special kind - mobile or transportable units.

  • Available in two power versions: 36 kVA and 12 kVA

  • For operating temperatures between -25 and +40°C (storage -46 to +70°C)

  • Also available without EMC protection

The incoming mains supply is electrically isolated from the vehicle electrical system; the mains form of the incoming supply is independent, as a new mains supply is generated on the secondary side of the isolating transformer. The protective conductor of the feed network is thus separated from the vehicle electrical system. As a rule, a TN-S or IT system is generated. A pure TN-C system is not permitted.

Ventilation shielded by honeycomb chimney.

Electrical distribution as a central unit.

Cable connection in "corrugated metal conduit" for connecting the isolating transformer to a mains connection box. Suitable for the Norrenbrock technology mains connection box.

Adapter plate for mounting the isolating transformer at the desired location.

The electrical equipment is designed and installed in accordance with electrical protection class II. An individual test is carried out for each isolating transformer in accordance with DIN EN 61439. The housing complies with protection class I and can be connected to an equipotential bonding rail via an earthing connection in order to equalize potential differences and dissipate EMC interference. The isolating transformer meets the requirements for radiation protection in accordance with A-962-2-NFD.
