To ensure safety in special vehicles, for example for the military, various tests are carried out in advance. For example, resistance to blasts, mines and other explosions is tested. The forces of the blast waves act from the side and from below. The stability of the special vehicles is then optimized, both when stationary and when in motion, and the protection inside is reliably increased. Ballistic tests are also used to test the safety of the construction with different projectiles. In this way, containers and special vehicles are developed for the military, which are used in crisis areas to protect the emergency services and the civilian population.
As a further safety precaution in special vehicle construction, we install EMC damping so that electrotechnical devices inside are reliably shielded. This reduces the risk of espionage or external interference with the equipment. Permanent shielding plays a crucial role, especially in areas where sensitive information and devices are used.
