Your tasks
Management and coordination of technical projects in the field of defense technology, from conception to implementation
Responsibility for adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards - in accordance with the specific requirements of the defense industry
Close cooperation with internal departments such as design and development, production and quality assurance as well as external partners and clients
Ensuring compliance with applicable norms, safety and quality standards
Identification of risks and development of strategies to minimize risks in the project
What you bring with you
Completed technical studies or comparable technical training with several years of professional experience, commercial knowledge is desirable
Several years of experience as a project manager/junior project manager or as a systems engineer, ideally in the defense sector
Experience in dealing with public clients (national/internal), BAAINBw, BAIUDBw and the military user side
Sound knowledge of applicable norms, safety and quality standards
Experience with public pricing and procurement law
Strong organizational and communication skills - including the ability to communicate complex, technical issues in an understandable way
