We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Planner (PPS) (m/f/d) for our location in Aurich. You can expect exciting challenges, state-of-the-art technologies, and diverse projects.
Your tasks
Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders, taking into account deadlines, capacities, and material availability
Creation and maintenance of production plans
Implementation of material requirements planning
Coordination with purchasing, warehousing, production, and sales
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring delivery capability
Analysis and optimization of production processes
Maintenance of master data in the ERP/PPS system
Evaluation of key figures (e.g., throughput times, capacity utilization, adherence to deadlines)
What you bring with you
Completed degree inmechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable field , or completed technical training with further training asan industrial foreman,technician, or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in production planning, production control, or work preparation
In-depth knowledge of production processes, manufacturing methods, and capacity planning
Confident use of ERP/PPS systems and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Experience in analyzing and optimizing production processes (e.g., lean methods, CIP, shop floor management)
Technical understanding and business acumen
Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability
Strong communication skills in coordination with production, purchasing, and sales
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
