For our location in Aurich we are looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager Service (m/f/d). You can expect exciting challenges, state-of-the-art technologies and varied projects.
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) in the order center, you are the central interface between our customers, production and our customer service. You are responsible for recording and coordinating delivery information, capacity planning in customer service, as well as deadline and cost-oriented control of order execution.
Your tasks
Customer communication and interface management:
You are the main point of contact for our customers and production.
You record delivery information (advance delivery notifications/call-offs) and coordinate the delivery or technician call-off in customer service.
Order management:
You track and regularly report on the status of customer orders from order receipt to completion and handover.
You will ensure that the customer receives all required documentation on time, including the preparation and submission of cost estimates and order-related documents (transport requirements, consignment notes, delivery bills, test and acceptance confirmations, completion notifications).
You monitor compliance with customer contracts and their obligations/charges.
Schedule and cost control:
You manage the deadline and cost-oriented execution of orders in the service areas in coordination with the order center.
You record the order-related work progress and coordinate this with the order center, whereby you prioritize the orders
Acceptance and completion reports:
You monitor and report acceptance tests to the customer in good time (ZtQ, TMP).
You coordinate pick-up appointments for vehicles/devices with the customer and prepare the order for invoicing.
You complete the service order after handing over the vehicle/device to the customer.
What you bring with you
Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in key account management or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in order and customer management in a technical environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills as well as a high level of customer orientation.
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured way of working.
