ILS Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated ILS Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Aurich. You can expect exciting challenges, state-of-the-art technologies and varied projects.

Your tasks

  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of integrated logistics support for our products and systems 

  • Development and implementation of logistics concepts, maintenance strategies and support processes 

  • Ensuring the availability, reliability and maintainability of systems through efficient management of spare parts, maintenance and support processes 

  • Collaboration with internal departments, suppliers and customers to optimize logistics and support chains 

  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, maintenance plans and support reports 

  • Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards 

  • Management and training of logistics and support teams 

  • Support in the further development and improvement of ILS processes

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in engineering, logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification 

  • Several years of experience in integrated logistics support or technical support, ideally in the aerospace, defense or similar industries 

  • Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of logistics concepts and support processes 

  • Experience with ILS tools and software is an advantage 

  • Good knowledge of technical documentation and standards 

  • Analytical thinking, organizational talent and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and assertiveness
