ILS Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated ILS Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Aurich. You can expect exciting challenges, state-of-the-art technologies and varied projects.

Your tasks

Planning, coordination and monitoring of integrated logistics support for our products and systems
Development and implementation of logistics concepts, maintenance strategies and support processes
Ensuring the availability, reliability and maintainability of systems through efficient management of spare parts, maintenance and support processes
Collaboration with internal departments, suppliers and customers to optimize logistics and support chains
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, maintenance plans and support reports
Monitoring compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
Management and training of logistics and support teams
Support in the further development and improvement of ILS processes

What you bring with you

Completed studies in engineering, logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in integrated logistics support or technical support, ideally in the aerospace, defense or similar industries
Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of logistics concepts and support processes
Experience with ILS tools and software is an advantage
Good knowledge of technical documentation and standards
Analytical thinking, organizational talent and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and assertiveness
